The Premise

Some monsters deserve to be hunted.

Kade Everest has spent years tracking the people society refuses to see. Predators hide behind wealth. Traffickers hide behind power. Cults hide behind secrecy. Kade hunts them all. To the few who know he exists, he's a ghost wrapped in shadows and an Oni mask — a man who appears when justice fails and disappears before anyone can ask questions.

Then he discovers 764: an underground network responsible for disappearances, trafficking, and horrors too vile for most to comprehend. While investigating the cult, Kade uncovers a livestream advertising their newest acquisition — a young woman known only as Vessel Seven. Scarred. Conditioned. Broken. Sold as a weapon. The moment Kade sees her, something shifts.

What begins as a mission to dismantle a network becomes an obsession with uncovering her identity and destroying everyone responsible. But the deeper he digs, the more he realizes 764 is only one branch of something far larger — an empire built on human suffering, protected by powerful people who will do anything to keep their secrets buried. Including killing him.

Because hunting monsters is easy. Saving someone from becoming one is far more difficult.

Vigilante antiheroes · obsessive devotion · cult conspiracy · high-stakes suspense · dark romance where healing is as brutal as revenge
